| All Students |
- Student registration forms must be filled out for each semester, before the student begins.
(No registration fee)
- All information on the registration form must be completed, including credit card numbers -
Without a credit card number being left, a student cannot begin lessons unless full semester is prepaid.

| Semester Students |
- All students are obliged to all twenty lessons in the semester to recieve the $30.00 per lesson price.
- If a student stops coming to lessons bedore the end of the 20 lesson semester your credit card will be charged for the remainder of lessons until the end of the semester you are attending.
(ONLY EXCEPTION: moving out of lesson area)
- Payment for monthly students is pre-paid at the beginning of the month. If payment is not recieved your credit card will be automatically charged and a $5.00 late fee will be applied.
- Payment for half semester plan: 1st half payment is pre-paid before starting 1st lesson. The second payment must be recieved before student's 11th lesson or your credit card will be automatically charged and a $5.00 late fee will be applied.
- If a situation arises and a student cannot attend their scheduled lesson; you can call and reschedule. We will make every effort to reschedule the student with their instructor; if this is not possible an equally qualified instructor will be assigned. If a call is not recieved bedore the student's scheduled lesson, the student will be marked as a No Show and charged for the lesson.
- It is the responsibility of the student/guardian to make sure all 20 lessons are taken before the end of the semester. No Refunds, Credits or Transfer of Lessons will be given.

- Price $35.00 per lesson.
- One week notice prior to stopping lessons.
- Prepaid monthly lessons (Before 1st lesson is taken)
- No rescheduling.
